These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through bluebio.io. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

Order Acceptance

Submission of an order does not constitute a binding contract until BlueBio LLC issues a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including for compliance reasons. If an order is declined after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued within five business days.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of shipping and applicable taxes. BlueBio reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice; however, orders confirmed prior to a price change will be honored at the original price. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

Order Fulfillment

Standard orders ship within 48 hours of order confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET on Friday or on weekends will be processed the following Monday. Tracking information is provided via email at the time of dispatch. All products are shipped with cold-chain packaging. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are accepted only for products with documented quality defects. To initiate a return, contact hello@bluebio.io within 7 calendar days of receipt with your order number and a description of the defect. BlueBio will review the claim and, if validated, issue a replacement or refund at its discretion. Products that have been reconstituted, mishandled, or stored improperly are not eligible for return.

Limitation of Liability

BlueBio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of its products. The purchaser assumes all risk associated with the use, handling, and storage of research compounds. BlueBio's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product at issue.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.

BlueBio LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit bluebio.io or make a purchase.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including: name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and payment information (processed securely via third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card data). We also collect information about your transactions, including order history and communication records.

We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our site, including IP address, browser type, referring URLs, and pages visited. This data is used for site analytics and security purposes only. We do not sell or share this data with advertising networks.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Process and fulfill orders;
• Send order confirmations and shipping notifications;
• Respond to support inquiries;
• Verify compliance with our RUO policy;
• Improve site functionality and user experience;
• Send promotional communications, if you have opted in (you may opt out at any time).

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with service providers necessary to fulfill orders (shipping carriers, payment processors) under confidentiality agreements, or as required by law. We may disclose information in response to a lawful subpoena, court order, or government request.

Data Retention

We retain order and account data for seven years to comply with business and tax record requirements. You may request deletion of personal data not subject to legal retention requirements by contacting hello@bluebio.io.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@bluebio.io. We will respond within 30 days.

Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Standard processing time is within 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. An email confirmation with tracking information is sent at time of dispatch.

Cold-Chain Packaging

All orders are shipped with cold-chain packaging as standard. This includes insulated packaging and gel ice packs sized for the transit window. Our packaging is designed to maintain appropriate temperature conditions for up to 48 hours in transit under normal conditions. For longer transit windows or extreme weather, please contact us before ordering to discuss options.

Upon receipt, products should be transferred to appropriate storage conditions immediately. Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius unless otherwise specified. Do not allow products to remain at ambient temperature for extended periods after receipt.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C. Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by BlueBio. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select jurisdictions where importation of research peptides is permitted. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify that importing and possessing the ordered products is legal in their country. BlueBio does not provide legal guidance on import regulations in foreign jurisdictions.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. BlueBio accurately declares the contents and value of all international shipments on required customs documentation and will not misrepresent shipment contents to facilitate import.

Orders to jurisdictions where importation is known to be restricted will not be fulfilled. If an order is placed to a restricted destination and identified after payment, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or is reported as lost by the carrier, contact hello@bluebio.io within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund. Damage claims may require photographic documentation.
