Testing Methodology
HPLC Analysis
Reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography is used to quantify peptide purity. The percentage result reflects the area under the target peak versus all detected peaks in the chromatogram at 214 nm.
Mass Spectrometry
MS identity confirmation verifies that the molecular weight of the synthesized peptide matches the theoretical value within acceptable mass accuracy. This confirms identity independent of purity measurement.
Third-Party Verification
